The Artist
Noah Gerstman is an American watercolour artist living in the UK. Self-taught and entirely intuitive in his approach, he works with watercolour's natural tendency to flow, bleed and surprise — building landscapes from atmosphere rather than observation.
His paintings are about feeling rather than place; the quality of light through mist, the weight of a sky, the stillness of trees.
Away from painting, Noah reads science fiction and is rarely without music.
Whether you're interested in a print, have a question, or just want to say hello — Noah would love to hear from you.
